DISCOVER:
In the first phase, 'Discover', we want to really get to know you and your team to understand how things are working (or maybe not working!). This full day, in-person session will be all about seeing, hearing, and discovering your reflections in a candid, open and honest way.
During Discover, we use creative methodologies, alongside deep diving into the data you might've already collected, in order to fully understand the specific issues and barriers you're facing and to facilitate meaningful conversations.
DREAM:
In the 'Dream' phase, we continue to explore the themes that were discussed in the 'Discover' phase of the project. However, this session is all about dreaming of imagined futures, thinking beyond the constraints of your current working environment to innovate and create.
We do this by repeating the creative paradigm designed just for you, but with prompts to guide your thinking towards solutions and innovation.
DESIGN:
The final stage, 'Design', comes in two parts. In the first part, we work to transform your imagined future into tangible objectives for your workplace.
Through dialogue, we begin to design a future that focuses on partnerships, ways of working, values, and desired structures.
In the second 'Design' session we work together to create actionable steps in order to achieve your objectives.
